一名男子日前到友人家作客，兩人自幼就熟識，當晚在家中客廳飲酒作樂，友人因酒醉後睡在客廳沙發，男子竟摸黑闖入友人女友的房間，當場與女子「嘿咻」。女子誤以為是男友求歡而未拒絕，直到事後才發現「嘿咻」的對象並非男友，女子事後提告遭到性侵，法院12日判處該名男子4年徒刑。
這起女子在暗夜誤以為男友求歡、結果卻遭男友友人性侵的案件，發生在去年9月25日凌晨4點左右。苗栗縣一名絲姓男子(22歲)，24日晚間與友人潘姓男子和潘男的女友一同到潘男的老家度假，3人在晚間到隔壁鄰居家中喝酒聊天，隔日凌晨1點，女子先返回男友住家的2樓房間休息。
潘男不久後也返家休息，因為不勝酒力而睡在1樓客廳沙發。絲男則是凌晨4點返回潘男家中，上2樓時原本要到客房睡覺，卻見女子獨自一人在床上熟睡，頓時竟起了淫念，摸黑潛入女子的房內，將對方的內褲脫下病予以猥褻。女子誤以為是男友求歡，並未拒絕而遭到絲男性侵。
絲男事後欲穿褲離開時，女子驚覺可疑男友怎麼會在完事後要穿褲離開，便用手機燈光一照，發現竟是絲男，女子才發現自己遭到性侵，隨後立即向男友哭訴並報警處理。絲男被逮後坦承犯行，苗栗地院法官審理後認為，絲男為滿足一己私慾，竟罔顧「朋友妻不可戲」的道德倫理，趁機性侵友人女友，造成女子罹患憂鬱症，苗栗地院12日依乘機性交罪將絲男判刑4年。

加州1名科學家得知後馬上趕到現場，觀察這隻大貓的一舉一動，直到數小時後牠才終於從樹上爬下來。
加州漁獵局（California Department of Fishand Game）發言人馬基（Janice Mackey）說：「這隻狗不知道自己在追什麼。牠可能以為對方也是狗，所以一直追到對方爬上樹才放棄。」
美國國家廣播公司（NBC）報導，美洲獅有逃離狗的傾向，牠們往往誤認對方是人類。馬基告訴「舊金山紀事報」網站（SFGate.com），美洲獅雖以兇猛聞名，其實卻是「膽小貓」。
